Combined Blend Enhancement Essences
Specialist flower essences for use in combination blends that combine together
essential oils and flower essences.
The essences on this page are for the specialist purpose of enhancing the effectiveness (in various ways)
of combination blends of essential oils and flower essences. We have been working on this since 2003,
and we have discovered ways to bring together, in the one synergistic blend, the healing power of
essential oils and flower essences, working together.
Rather than merely mixing the essential oils and the flower essences into a bottle together, we have developed
specific essences that induce the oils and the essences to work together synergistically in a tightly integrated manner.
This technique, where “the whole is greater than the sum of the parts”, and which is actually a new healing modality,
produces a product that is unprecedented in its power and effectiveness.
In order to create these combination products that are literally a new modality, being
much more than just simple mixtures of essential oils and flower essences, we
set out on a program of research and development to find ways to energetically combine
and enhance together the aromatherapy oils with the flower essences.
The results of this research program yielded three special flower essences, that are included
in all of our combination essential oil and flower essence products, that fill roles of energetically holding
together the energies and enhancing the properties. These three special flower essences
(a special version of the White Magnolia, the Dark Pink Camellia, and the Viper's Bugloss),
are the first three essences listed below.....

White Magnolia
The “Hampden Street” version of our master
linkage flower essence, for connecting
together the healing energies of combinations of
essential oils and flower essences.
This essence provides
energies to connect together the various healing energies
of the oils and of the flower essences, into one
synergistic whole.
Moderator-Combiner
Dark Pink Camellia
The “moderator-combiner” flower essence, for use in
mixtures that comprise combinations of essential oils
and flower essences.
This essence provides
energies to facilitate the harmonious working together
of the various types of energies present in these mixtures.
Essential Oils Resonance Enhancer
Viper's Bugloss
The “essential oil resonance enhancer” flower essence,
for use in mixtures that comprise combinations of
essential oils and flower essences.
This essence provides
energies to enhance the resonance of the essential
oil component energies, in their relationships with
the flower essences in the combined mixture.
The above three specialist essences are designed to be used in all combination essential oil
and flower essence blends. The following four flower essences are for use in combination blends on
an “as required” basis, with only one (or, occasionally two) essence being used in any
particular blend.
Each of these flour specialist essences provides enhancement to a combination blend in a specific way,
as described below.....
Calming and Sedating
Blue Poppy
This essence is for use in a combination blend of flower essences and essential oils, and its function is to
enhance the effectiveness of the essential oils in their properties related to calming, sedating, relaxing,
balancing, de-stressing, and also enhancing properties of an anti-inflammatory nature.
This essence does this by working with
the energetic aspects of the essential oils to enhance and strengthen these properties.
Detox and Cleanse
Moon River Peony
This essence is for use in a combination blend of flower essences and essential oils, and its function is to
enhance the effectiveness of the essential oils in their properties related to detoxification and cleansing.
This can include properties such as diuretic, decongestant, laxative, etc. This essence does this by working with
the energetic aspects of the essential oils to enhance and strengthen these properties.
Energizing and Uplifting
Red Charm Peony
This essence is for use in a combination blend of flower essences and essential oils, and its function is to
enhance the effectiveness of the essential oils in their properties related to energizing and uplifting.
This can include properties such as stimulant, euphoric, general tonic, antidepressant, immune system booster, etc. This essence does this by working with
the energetic aspects of the essential oils to enhance and strengthen these properties.
Analgesic and Pain Relief

This essence is for use in a combination blend of flower essences and essential oils, and its function is to
enhance the effectiveness of the essential oils in their properties related to analgesic and pain relief.
This can include properties such as muscular pain, nerve pain, etc. This essence does this by working with
the energetic aspects of the essential oils to enhance and strengthen these properties.
The following three specialist essences were discovered in June 2006, at the Auckland Winter Gardens (indoors in the glasshouse).
We had been attending the annual conference of the aromatherapists' professional association, and one of the speakers
at the conference was Salvatore Battaglia, the author of a well-known textbook on professional aromatherapy.
Salvatore had spoken about the “subtle energy” properties of essential oils, and some of the things that
were said about this triggered off a process for me that culminated in a realization that there were some flower essences
needing to be made that would have properties of enhancing the energetic properties of essential oils.
The very next day, we went to the Winter Gardens, and the first thing I saw was lots of little violet and yellow pansies,
in containers on the back of a truck, being unloaded and taken into the glasshouse. This was one of the flowers that I was
seeking, and the other two were inside, in the glasshouse.
Essential Oil Vibrational Properties

This essence is for unlocking the vibrational potential of essential oils.
All essential oils carry a complex “intelligence”, derived from the plant that they were
produced from.
Every plant has its own particular intelligence, a form of wisdom that has been given to that plant by
Nature, and the plant is the guardian of its wisdom.
This wisdom can be expressed in various ways, and in some plants this includes the ability to heal
various ailments, in animals and in humans, when used in an appropriate way.
One of the ways of using a plant for healing purposes is via the use of the plant's essential oil, and
in regard to this we usually think of the biochemical actions of the oil's constituent chemical compounds.
This Violet Pansy flower essence, however, is for unlocking the more “subtle energetic” healing properties
of essential oils, when used in a blend that includes both essential oils and flower essences.
The essential oils that have had their subtle energy healing properties unlocked like this are then able
to behave in a similar manner to flower essences, as well as acting through their biochemical properties.
Essential Oil Healing Properties

This essence is for enhancing the healing properties of essential oils.
Because human bodies and plants evolved together, both of them being complex living organisms
sharing the same environment, there is a natural symbiotic relationship between them.
People help plants by caring for them, and plants help people in various ways, including in providing
food, shelter, and also in healing.
This flower essence is for enhancing the natural resonance between essential oils and people, so that
the essential oils being mixed into a blend with this essence are able to fully express and fulfil
their healing potential for the human body, mind and spirit.
Essential Oil Physical Healing Properties
Mel's Purple Anthurium
This essence is for enhancing the balance between the physical biochemical healing properties
of essential oils, and their subtle energetic healing properties.
Essential oils have two sides to their nature, “two strings in their bow”.
There is their well-known ability to work through the properties associated with their biochemical
component compounds, in a mainly physical way.
And, there is their lesser-known ability to work as subtle energetic natural-health remedies.
This flower essence is to enhance the balance between these two sides of essential oils, so
that the oils in a blend that also includes this flower essence will be more able to fully express
both of these abilities, working harmoniously together.
All of the above specialist flower essences are available from us in our standard 10ml stock-strength bottles,

The three essences that are always used in every combination product (the White Magnolia, the
