Very complex patterns of energy, and good reasons
for using the latest generation of essences.
In Part Two of this series, I used an analogy of a ball of coloured string to
represent the many threads of our unresolved emotional energy from the past.
I described how this ball of string is composed of many shades of colours, with
many, many thousands of these pieces of string being tangled in a hopeless mess.
I also mentioned how, as we go about our daily living, we are constantly
presented with opportunities to unravel pieces of this string, and it is our
choice as to whether we accept these opportunities.
In order to release a piece of string, we have to be willing to fully own it as
ours, and fully experience its energy, and then, "poof" it's gone!
I described how we can use energy medicine therapies as an aid in the process
of letting go of these pieces of string, and how the therapy is just a tool to
assist in a natural process that everybody does all of the time.
Let's go a little deeper into some of the specifics of using one particular
energy medicine therapy, flower essences, to aid in the process of dissolving
our pieces of string.........
The traditional method of using flower essences is for a single bottle to be
prescribed. In this bottle there will be a mixture of pure water, usually a
little brandy to act as a preservative, and anything from one to a dozen or so
of the essences that are needed. The process of deciding which essences are
needed is usually an intuitive process (eg. muscle testing, pendulum, the
drawing of cards).
The essences are taken orally several times a day, with a typical course of
treatment lasting anything from one to three weeks.
This is a very effective, yet gentle, way of assisting in the unraveling and
dissolving of the pieces of coloured string from your tangled ball. However,
using this simple technique of a single bottle of essences, only a few pieces
of string are processed for each treatment. But most of us have many, many
thousands of pieces of string! Are we doomed to spend may lifetimes unraveling
the entire mess?
Let's look at a specific example:
An acute illness, the common cold.....
You have woken up one morning with symptoms of a sore throat and high
temperature, and within a day or so you have a runny nose, sneezing and a
fuzzy head.
You decide to use flower essences to help you through this illness. Using the
single bottle technique, you would have just the one bottle of essences, to
be taken (say) six times a day until the symptoms have passed. The energies of
this bottle of essences would help you as you processed the energies of the
issues (including the emotional, mental and spiritual issues) associated with
the cold. But, you would still have to go through the experience of having
the symptoms, and it would probably be many days before the symptoms passed.
In order to speed up the process of moving through the stages of your cold, it
is possible to use a "multiple bottle" flower essence treatment
technique. A separate bottle of essences is used for each of the symptoms of
the cold. For example, one bottle of essences for the runny nose, another
bottle for the sneezing, one bottle for the high temperature, one bottle for
the sore throat, one bottle for the fuzzy head, one bottle for the emotional
issues, one bottle for the mental issues, and one bottle for the spiritual
issues.
That's a total of eight bottles! And, to be really effective, the
dosage would be (say) every hour. So, once an hour you would have to get out
your eight bottles and take a dose from each bottle (at the same time focusing
on each symptom or issue as you took the does from each bottle).
This requires a high level of commitment, but it is a technique that does
work. Over the years, I have used this multiple-bottle technique on myself
many times, always with excellent results. I have, many times, totally cleared
all the symptoms of a really bad cold within a few hours. And, I have used
multiple bottles of flower essences to assist in my resolution of many
emotional issues, including past-life issues (more on this subject in a future
article).
But, the level of commitment required is very high: at times I have carried
around up to two dozen bottles of essences and taken a dose from all two dozen
bottles six or seven times a day! Most people cannot make this sort of
commitment; also the cost is too great if one has to pay a practitioner a
reasonable rate for the prescribing and making up of twenty-odd bottles of
essences!
Until recently, this was an insoluble dilemma. The level of commitment
required (both time commitment and financial) in order to get the optimum
benefit from the use of flower essences was just too great for most people, so
most had to settle for the less efficient option of the one-bottle-at-a-time
treatment.
Now, with the development of the latest generation of flower essences, all of
this has radically changed.....
Have you ever wondered how an energy medicine like flower essences or
homoeopathy really works?
The total answer to this question is extremely complex, way beyond the
understanding of our human minds, but it is possible to visualize each essence
or remedy as being composed of a complex pattern of energies, much like a
spider web, only much more complex. Just like every snow-flake is totally
unique, each flower essence (and each homeopathic remedy) is totally unique,
with its own unique extremely complex pattern of energies.
And, as to the
question of how does it work? A simplistic answer is that the complex spider's
web of the essence or remedy that is needed
right now
by this person for this issue matches (or comes close enough to matching) the
complex web of energies that make up the issue being treated.
And, in fact, our emotional energy issues are extremely complex.
My ball of coloured wool analogy is actually a huge simplification of what
it's really like. If we visualize every strand of wool actually being made up
of many, many individual threads, each thread being a different colour from all
the other threads, and most of these strands of wool being composed of
thousands of threads.
In order to assist us to dissolve a strand of wool (ie. to own it, experience it,
and let it go), the energy pattern of the energy medicine has to be a close
enough match to the energy of the strand of wool.
In fact, there will never be an exact match. Homeopaths dream of prescribing
the "simillimum", ie. the homoeopathic remedy that exactly matches
the energy of the condition being treated. This exact 100 percent match is
never, ever achieved, in any therapy. But, as long as the match is close
enough, the therapy will work. The closer to a 100 percent match the better,
but the 100 percent match is never achieved.
Since the discovery of the Bach Flowers by Dr Edward Bach, in the 1930's,
there have been several generations of flower essences. Each new
generation of essences has had a more complex vibration pattern than earlier
generations; and this more complex energy pattern of the newer generations of
essences has facilitated a closer matching of the energies of the essences to
the energies of the condition being treated.
Let's put the above statement into figures. Let's make up a scale of
"energy complexity", and let's ask, intuitively, for a figure of
average units of energy for each generation of flower essence.....
These are the figures that I get (testing intuitively with a pendulum).....
First generation essences (Bach Flowers)
26,000
Second generation essences
66,000
Third generation essences
100,000
Fourth generation (eg. "New Millennium")
480,000
Do not read too much into these figures. They are a guide only as to the
relative energetic complexity of these four generations of flower essences.
They are not meant to be taken as being "absolute" in any way.
The figures do, however, give us an insight into an important point: each
succeeding generation of flower essences has a more complex energy pattern than
earlier generations.
Let's get back to the single-bottle versus multiple-bottle scenario.........
My personal experience of using the "New Perception" essences and
the "Perelandra" essences was that, in order to give optimum
treatment, I needed to use a number of separate bottles to cover each aspect of
the energy of any condition being treated. As per the common-cold example
above, eight bottles might be needed.
My personal experience of using the “New Millennium Essences”
is that a complex issue can be totally covered with one single bottle.
For the practitioner who was prepared to put in the effort of using multiple
bottles, this is a huge step forward in efficiency.
But, even more so, for the practitioner who has always stuck to the
single-bottle treatment paradigm,
the implications are huge.
By using the same diagnostic technique that she has always used, working in
exactly the same way as before, but, with using the latest generation of essences,
such a practitioner can now work at a much greater level of efficiency,
covering the energies of the
issue(s) being treated in much greater breadth and
depth than was ever possible when using the earlier generations of essences.
This does not mean that the older generations of flower essences no longer
work. They still work, although as the years pass their energies are less
appropriate than they were. For example, the energy of the mass consciousness
of humanity has undergone massive changes since the pre-war era when Dr Bach
made the Bach Flowers. There have been massive social changes since those
times, and the energies of the later generations of flower essences more
closely match the energies of the people who have lived through these massive
changes.
