Pink Begonia
Flower Essence
Definition:
To assist in the healing of the trauma from when
part of the soul split off and left.
As a legacy of the original trauma that caused the soul
to split, there has been a deep wounding left in the soul,
and this essence assists this wound to heal.
A flower essence, made 8 April 2002, by Vanda, from pink begonia plants
in the Begonia House at Washbourn Gardens, Richmond,
Nelson.
This essence is one of the new essences discovered by Vanda and
myself during March and April 2002, during our journey around
New Zealand's South Island. All of these new essences have a
power and clarity to their energy that surpasses anything I have
seen before.
On this day, Monday 8th April, Vanda had awoken that morning
and told me about a powerful dream she had, where she saw herself
as a young child running to her father when he came home from work,
and how her father, because he was tired and not in the mood for
playing with children, has brushed her off and turned
away. In that instant, she felt the pain of rejection, and a part of her
soul split off
and was “lost”.
She felt that there was a flower that we could find, that would help
in the process of the finding of the “lost part” of her soul, and later
that day she found this pink begonia, and also the
Red Begonia,
both of them in the Washbourn Gardens Begonia House.
The finding of these two begonias by Vanda was an important
milestone for her, as this was the first time that she had done this
process of finding a flower for herself in this way. We had worked
together during the weeks before this day, with her watching and
helping me in the process of finding many flowers, and it was now
time for her to take the next step of doing this on her own.
And, just as is often the case for me when I undertake this process
of finding a new flower, for her too it was because of a personal
need to find help for healing a personal issue.
We used these begonias for the healing of this personal issue of
Vanda's, and then they were put aside for a few months, until it was
time for us to pursue Shamanic Healing work in more depth. When
this time arrived, in early November, I became aware that a few
more flowers would be useful, for other aspects of this work, and so,
on 6 November 2002, I found the three Gloxinias, and these three,
along with the two begonias, comprise the
Shamanic Healing Super-
