Bird of Paradise
Flower Essence
Strelitzia reginae
Definition:
“Flamboyant”.
To free creativity (physical expression of)
that has been blocked.
Bringing in the energy of drama,
in a positive way.
To shift out of “feeling locked”.
Ability to express freely and dramatically,
especially for artists and actors, etc.
Negative: Where life is bleak, and fear
has taken over the creative ability to express.
Afraid of standing up and being seen.
Living in a narrow box.
A flower essence, made 20 November, 1998,
from a flower on a Bird of Paradise plant
(a native of South Africa), in the garden
of a friend at Castlecliff Beach, Whanganui..
The key word of this essence is “flamboyant”,
and what flower could be more flamboyant than
the Bird of Paradise!
While this essence was sitting in the sun, I visited a
friend who just happens to be an artist. When I
mentioned to Brenda, my friend, that I was making
an essence from the Bird of Paradise flower, she felt
a real affinity with this flower and the essence.
And, sure enough, when I found out the definition
for the essence,
it fitted Brenda exactly. She had been going through
a very lean period
with her art work, feeling blocked, and had not done
any original work
for months.
Following treatment with an essence mix which included
the Bird of
Paradise, Brenda was away again, proceeding to do
some very creative work.
This essence, and the “Creativity” Super-Essence of which this essence
is the key component, is for anyone who is feeling a need to unblock their
ability to express themselves creatively.
