Definition:
To help one survive, through the
bleakest of situations.
Just like this flower survives in very
poor soil with very little water.

To be able to survive even the
harshest circumstance.
For finding God in every circumstance,
whether cleaning the toilet or listening
to a heavenly choir.
A flower essence, made 20 January, 1999,
from white Californian Poppy flowers at the property
of my friend, Heidi-Sue, at Ohau, near Levin.
The lovely, white, delicate flowers of this plant
look very fragile, too fragile to survive the conditions
of drought, etc, that this plant thrives in.
The plant does, however, not only survive in bleak
conditions, it positively thrives.
And, so can we. It is all in our state of mind:
it is us who makes the choice.
“Before enlightenment........ chop wood,
carry water. After enlightenment......... chop wood,
carry water.”
Just get on with whatever it is that needs doing, with no thought
of “Poor me!” If the plant can thrive no matter what, so can we!
