Hidden Talents
Sea Essence
Definition:
To help a person bring out
the many “hidden talents”
and latent abilities that they
may not even suspect that
they have.
A sea essence, made with a small stone
found on Waikanae Beach, 9th December,
2000.
This stone has a complex pattern of grey
and white markings and many indentations,
and, when I found it, it was almost completely
hidden under the sand, with only a tiny part
of it visible.
The stone for the making of this sea essence was found on
Waikanae Beach, near where my friend Liz used to live,
during a visit to her in December 2000. Whenever I visited
Liz, we would walk on the beach, with her dog, whose name
was Solstice, so named because he had arrived in her household
on the winter solstice.
During this walk with Liz and Solstice on 9th December 2000,
I found a number of stones that would be used to make essences.
Included among these was this stone for this “Hidden Talents” essence,
as well as the ones for the
Same Old,
Many Threads, and the
Second Chance essences.
