Definition:
To help break through rigid sexual stereotyping
on all levels.
eg. The woman who believes she has to lie back
and think of England.
The man who has to have a pretty woman.
The stud mentality. To have to go and sow one's wild oats
(archetypal level.... this was for the procreation of the tribe).
The woman who thinks she has to be always available for the man.
A flower essence, made 11 March, 2000, from marjoram
plants in the garden of my friend Jane.
Our modern global culture has a huge legacy of dysfunctional
attitudes towards sex and sexuality. This ranges all the way
from sexual repression, which was the norm back in the 1950's
when I was a child, through to the modern extremes of pornography,
the one-night-stand “singles bars” culture, to the
exploitation of sex by the advertising industry.
Until all of this is healed, there is no way that we can be healthy,
fully functional humans.
