Picture Perfect
Essence made from a painting
Definition:
For those that believe that life needs to be
“picture perfect”, striving constantly to achieve
that level of perfection.
Both for themselves and their expectation of others.
Helps the belief in this illusion fall away.
eg. People in the fashion industry.
For House Balancing (Feng Shui):
Enhancing the “ambience” and the “look and feel”
of the house. Brings synthesis to the presentation
and feeling of the house.
An essence made from the energy of a painting by
the Danish artist Kirsten Host. The painting is called
“Abundance”, and the essence was made
by placing a glass of water alongside a post-card
reproduction of the painting, in the sun, with a mirror
placed behind the glass reflecting the energy of the
painting back through the water (see photo).
The postcard was given to me by the artist, Kirsten,
when we “just happened” to meet at the
Tauhara Centre in November 1998.
(The Tauhara Centre is a spiritual centre near
Taupo, in the centre of New Zealand's North Island.)
The originial oil painting is very large, almost as tall
as a person, as I found out when I again “bumped
into” Kirsten in early 2001 and
she showed me a photograph of herself standing beside
the original
painting.
