This pair of gorgeous Delicious apples are mouth-watering, and they sure do live up to their name!
We have four trees of Delicious apples, they ripen about April, but I like to leave them on the trees
until as late as possible, as the sugar content continues to rise as they continue with the tree-ripening
process. They are really sweet when eaten raw, and can also be cooked. They do not collapse when cooked,
but hold their shape, making them great for apple pies or crumbles.
