These two paddocks will eventually be our main crop growing areas, where Peter will be growing his herbs for essential oil trial production.

This area will also serve as an overflow area for the vegetable garden, with some bulky vegetables like potatoes and carrots grown among the herbs, and the remaining grass will be mown to provide grass for the compost heaps and mulching.
