Emotional garbage energy.

An essence to help animals process and release negative emotional “garbage”
that they pick up from the environment, and from people.

Just as people pick up negative energy of this type, so too do animals, and this
essence helps them to deal with this energy.


“I ask that this animal (or these animals), receive this help in releasing this energy.”



Note that we also have some other essences, for humans, which are for helping
people deal with this type of negative garbage energy. This Red Begonia essence
is the animal equivalent of these human essences, which are Pink Dahlia, the
Rhubarb, and the Dark Pink Geranium.

Instructions.....


While looking at photo of flower.....

Breath slowly and deeply, and imagine the old stale energy leaving your body,
or the body of the animal that is to receive the healing.

Visualize that the old stale energy is leaving on each out-breath, and new,
healing energy is coming in with every in-breath.

Connect with the energy of the flower.... sense its vibrancy, its life-force.
Visualize that this vibrant and healing energy is entering the body of the animal,
to penetrate every cell and every atom of its body.

Repeat the affirmation several times, while still also focussed on the flower.

Just allow the healing process to occur.... and stay with this flower for as long
as it feels appropriate.



When finished, ask for the healing energies to continue to be “sent” to the
animal on an ongoing basis for as long as needed.

It is fine to do as many flowers, one after the other, as you feel drawn to do,
in the one session.

Come back as often as feels “right” for you, and repeat the process, either
with the same flowers, or with different ones.
