The illusory ego-self

These pink camellia flowers, rotting on the ground, comprise a flower essence for helping a person
to see through, and release, the “Illusory Self”, usually known as the “Ego”, which is a much-
misunderstood entity.

This “Old Identity” of the Ego is desperate to hold on to its old ways that it believes to be reality
and truth, no matter how insane the beliefs that this identity is based on.

These beliefs (of what is true) are buried very deeply in the subconscious mind, and are very
tightly held by the Ego-Mind. They are so deeply buried, and so cunningly hidden and disguised
by the Ego, that most people have no idea that they exist, and if challenged with the truth, they
would strenuously deny the existence of any such thing.

The Ego has made it this way, because it believes that its own existence is dependent on it, that
if the real truth was to become known to the conscious mind, it would mean the death of the Ego.

It is not an accident that the flowers are “rotten”, as this symbolizes the rotten state of the Ego
itself. It is totally insane that we should continue to believe in this rotten illusion, and this essence
is for helping us to see this insanity for what it is and to change our thinking and our beliefs.


“It is now time for me to awaken from the Ego's dream world and to live my life based on the real truth.”

Instructions.....


While looking at photo of flower.....

Breath slowly and deeply, and imagine the old stale energy leaving your body
on each out-breath, and new, healing energy coming in with every in-breath.

Connect with the energy of the flower.... sense its vibrancy, its life-force.
Allow this vibrant and healing energy to enter your body, and to penetrate
every cell and every atom of your body.

Repeat the affirmation several times, while still also focussed on the flower.

Just allow the healing process to occur.... and stay with this flower for as long
as it feels appropriate.



When finished, ask for the healing energies to continue to be “sent” to you
on an ongoing basis for as long as needed.

It is fine to do as many flowers, one after the other, as you feel drawn to do,
in the one session.

Come back as often as feels “right” for you, and repeat the process, either
with the same flowers, or with different ones.
