This essence is for helping in the integration (and fusion) of our spirit and our body.

This is centered in our pituitary chakra, and our pituitary gland, which is the extremely important little gland within our brain that controls the total hormonal balance of our body, our whole endocrine system, and therefore many of our body functions.

This essence helps meld together the sacred and (what we have traditionally thought of as) the mundane. However, all of life, and all of creation, is in fact sacred.

The white parts of the stone represent “spirit”, and the grey parts of the stone represent the “mundane“, or what is sometimes referred to as the “profane”, and both of these need to be fully present, and fully honored, for a person to be fully balanced in all ways.

Instructions.....


While looking at photo of the stone.....

Breath slowly and deeply, and imagine the old stale energy leaving your body on each out-breath, and new, healing energy coming in with every in-breath.

Connect with the energy of the stone.... sense its vibrancy, its life-force.
Allow this vibrant and healing energy to enter your body, and to penetrate every cell and every atom of your body.

Repeat the affirmation several times, while still also focussed on the stone.

Just allow the healing process to occur.... and stay with this stone for as long as it feels appropriate.



When finished, ask for the healing energies to continue to be “sent” to you on an ongoing basis for as long as needed.

It is fine to do as many flowers and stones, one after the other, as you feel drawn to do, in the one session.

Come back as often as feels “right” for you, and repeat the process, either with the same flowers and stones, or with different ones.
