Scattered and jumbled energy

“Restoring the randomly scattered and jumbled.”

Part of the energy of this essence is that I am actually not exactly sure as to whether the plants are actually fennel! They actually could be yarrow, it is hard to tell the two of them apart when they are at the seeding stage and the plant is actually dead.

But whatever, we do know what the essence is for, which is to help restore one's energy back to its functional state when it has been hopelessly distorted by being broken up and scattered.

For restoring energy that is like a jigsaw puzzle that has many pieces forced into the incorrect places, making it almost impossible to sort out the resulting mess. To make matters even worse, there are a number of booby-traps and hooks mixed in with the mess of mixed-up energy, ie. there is some negative energy in there, symbolized by the barbs on the barbed-wire fence.

This essence helps one to unscramble the hopeless mess and get everything back into the correct places.

Instructions.....


While looking at photo of flower.....

Breath slowly and deeply, and imagine the old stale energy leaving your body
on each out-breath, and new, healing energy coming in with every in-breath.

Connect with the energy of the flower.... sense its vibrancy, its life-force.
Allow this vibrant and healing energy to enter your body, and to penetrate
every cell and every atom of your body.

Repeat the affirmation several times, while still also focussed on the flower.
(The affirmation is in green, above.)

Just allow the healing process to occur.... and stay with this flower for as long
as it feels appropriate.



When finished, ask for the healing energies to continue to be “sent” to you
on an ongoing basis for as long as needed.

It is fine to do as many flowers, one after the other, as you feel drawn to do,
in the one session.

Come back as often as feels “right” for you, and repeat the process, either
with the same flowers, or with different ones.
