To allow oneself to be nurtured by the Divine Mother.

For example: Men who desperately want nurturing, looking for it from their partners, etc.; but needing to accept God the Mother, who we have been denied.


“I forgive myself for denying love the chance to make me whole,
  I call on God the Mother to embrace me in Her heart.”



This denial of the Goddess Mother has led to a major imbalance within the spiritual life of all of us. This spiritual imbalance, deeply embedded within our culture, manifests into the mental, emotional and physical levels as dysfunctional energies. This essence is to assist in the healing of this deep seated disharmony.








Instructions.....


While looking at photo of this essence.....

Breath slowly and deeply, and imagine the old stale energy leaving your body
on each out-breath, and new, healing energy coming in with every in-breath.

Connect with the energy of the essence.... sense its vibrancy, its life-force.
Allow this vibrant and healing energy to enter your body, and to penetrate every cell and every atom of your body.

Repeat the affirmation several times, while still also focussed on the essence.

Just allow the healing process to occur.... and stay with this essence for as long as it feels appropriate.



When finished, ask for the healing energies to continue to be “sent” to you on an ongoing basis for as long as needed.

It is fine to do as many flowers, one after the other, as you feel drawn to do, in the one session.

Come back as often as feels “right” for you, and repeat the process, either with the same essences, or with different ones.
