“Irfanview” is the wonderful graphics editor program that all of the beautiful photographs on this web site were scanned and edited with.  Irfanview was created by Irfan Skiljan, from Bosnia, and must be the best piece of software of its type in the world. For private use, Irfanview is free, and to pay for a copy for commercial use the price is only $US10.

This is another “one man and a dog” operation that I highly recommend. Owned and operated by Robert Woodhead, the purpose of SelfPromotion.com is to provide a complete service of assisting you to fine-tune your web site to achieve high rankings in internet search engines and indexes, and to provide tools to assist in submitting your site to the search engines.  You can use Robert's service for free, although he does ask that if you feel the service is satisfactory you may make a payment, and to get access to some extra tools and to have your data saved beyond 30 days, a payment of a minimum of $US10 is required.
