Guilt
A New Millennium “Super-Essence”

If only I had not done that, or said that, or thought that! Well.... the past cannot be changed..... but how we perceive the past can be, and how we perceive ourselves and the role that we played in that particular little drama can be changed too.

And, when the dust settles and clarity comes, we usually find that, hey, it was not such a big deal after all! In fact, what was all the fuss about? Let’s just thankfully accept the learning, drop the self-imposed guilt-trip, and get on with whatever comes next.

Strawberry Cactus
For guilt and self-blame, when one has been a victim of some form of abuse or assault, or has been injured. (Especially good for women and children). “It's all my fault.”







Mahoe
For unfulfilled dreams and expectations. Having an idea, and
feeling let down, because the other person would not come to
the party. Brings clarity to the illusion of trying to cast other
people in one's stage show.







Milkweed   A flower essence for people who need to reclaim their shadow self. Afraid of meeting their shadow. Our True Self includes the “All That Is”, and “all” means just that..... all, which must include the dark, and all the many shades of grey, along with the light.
