Self Pity
A New Millennium “Super-Essence”
Self pity. Victimhood. “Someone is doing this to me!”
“It's all their fault!”
This must be one of life's biggest lessons..... that most of us really struggle with.....
To, finally, come to the realisation that there is only one person who can make any
meaningful change to whatever is affecting us..... and, that person is us.
Moving from victimhood to self-responsibility. From a feeling of powerlessness
to being genuinely empowered.
Summarised below are the individual component essences that make up this Super-
Essence. For more detailed information about each individual essence, including a
link to a large photo of each one for “on-line healing”
purposes, click on the name
of the essence or the photograph......
Self Pity.....
Wandering Jew
To come clean.
To emerge from self-persecution.
To finally be free of the hooks of “Relationship Illusion”.
For people who have been on the journey of healing
attachments to relationships.
To help boost a person towards freedom.
Chrysanthemum
Feeling helpless - like the sun going down.
Brings the new dawning, full of promise and vigour.
The promise of ripeness, full of potential.
Milkweed
A flower essence for people who need to reclaim their shadow self.
Afraid of meeting their shadow.
Our True Self includes the “All That Is”,
and “all” means just that.....
all,
which
must
include the dark, and all the
many shades of grey, along with the light.
Snowball Daisy
To crack the layer of ice around a wounded heart.
To help build trust in people who have experienced a
broken heart and have withdrawn into an icy sanctuary
(a very specific energy).
“It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have
loved at all.”
Affirmation:
“I am now ready to take full responsibility for my self, and to
release my victimhood.”

By combining together the energies of the above four individual essences
into one
“Super-Essence”, we create a powerful synergy of healing
energies that covers all
aspects of the issue of “Self Pity”.
The “Wandering Jew” embodies the principal
aspects of the self-pity issue, and
each of the other essences supports this by contributing energies that
deal with
related issues.
For example, the Milkweed, being the essence of the
“shadow-self”, adds in to this
“Self-Pity” Super-Essence, healing energies that cover these
shadow-self aspects.
Note: A “Super-Essence”, such as
this one described above, is made up of a
combination of several individual flower essences and/or gem,
stone, shell or sea
essences. By combining together the power of several
essences in this way, a
very powerful energetic synergy is created.
“The whole is greater than the sum of the parts”,
in that a Super-Essence is much
more than just a mixture of its individual parts.
