Life was not meant to be static. All of the universe is a dynamic, constantly changing place. Why then, do we often become “stuck”, afraid to let go and just let ourselves be carried along by the ever-changing tides of change? Is it fear? Fear of the “unknown”?

Apprehension at the thought of “letting go”? A belief that we need to “control”? Why not just be like the gazelle..... free to dance and prance, free of that feeling of being stuck in tar.

Gazania
“The Dancing Gazelle”. Lifts the spirits and frees the heart to dance lightly, like the gazelle.... prancing and jumping. To be able to prance, jump and land again. Frees one from the feeling of feeling like being stuck in tar, not being free to dance.  Unable to leap free of the beliefs of the past (mental). Even when one jumps, one lands in the tar again, and this essence frees one from this.






Roseraie de l' Hay Rose
To help lift one out of “feeling blue” (similar, but not quite the same, as depression). Feeling helpless, lethargic, bored. To lift out of an unproductive phase, and move into activity. Includes physical body, eg. urinary activity.





Olearia  For when one has been caught up in an aberration of thought, mental processes overworked. To streamline the thought process.  Mental body, mental level - to find the forward path.





Red Clover
The big bumble-bee, ponderously slow but it does what it has to do. Although it's tired and weary, it keeps going from flower to flower, very focused. It knows it can stop and take a breather, but it has a load to collect, and will take it back to the hive. Inherent duty - supports the hive. Not having any fun - joyless. So busy taking from the flower that you forget to enjoy the flower. This essence helps one to be able to play and work at the same time.
