Wounded Heart
A New Millennium “Super-Essence”
All of us, at some time, have been wounded
in our heart. And, all of us have felt that we
will never be able to recover from this terrible
hurt, this pain that goes so deep.
However.... healing from this wound is possible,
all we have to do is ask. And.... in the process
of healing, a transformation is taking place,
transforming us into a stronger, wiser, more
complete, more whole, person.
Summarised below are the individual component essences that make up this Super-
Essence. For more detailed information about each individual essence, including a
link to a large photo of each one for “on-line healing”
purposes, click on the name
of the essence or the photograph......
Pink Sedum
For people with any weakness around the heart.
Heart disease, etc.
The emotional fears have manifested in the body,
or will do, if left unresolved.
Includes broken heart syndrome.
(As per Louise Hay's books).
Pink Verbena
The essence of “The Pink Lady”, Lady Nada.
She soothes the weary-hearted, a heart balm.
Behind Lady Nada, stands Mother Mary and
the Divine Mother. The Divine Mother nurtures us
when we have been wounded in our heart.
Gives us the strength to open up to healing.
Snowball Daisy
To crack the layer of ice around a wounded heart.
To help build trust in people who have experienced a
broken heart and have withdrawn into an icy sanctuary
(a very specific energy).
“It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have
loved at all.”
Primula obconica
To heal a broken heart, experiencing happiness
where there has been none. May be a neutral
state of indifference.
Not sad or unhappy - just indifferent.
For lightness, spring has come.
Even though the snow is covering it,
the seed is going to grow.
See the final verse from the song “The Rose”.
Affirmations:
“I allow my broken heart to heal,
and I joyfully accept the happiness that is mine.”
“I open my heart to give, trust and receive love.”

By combining together the energies of the above four individual essences
into one
“Super-Essence”, we create a powerful synergy of healing
energies that covers all
aspects of healing a wounded heart.
The Pink Sedum essence covers the main issue, and each of the other essences
supports this by contributing energies that deal with related issues.
For example, the Pink Verbena, being the essence of nurturing, adds in to this
Wounded Heart Super-Essence, healing energies that provide the energy of nurturing.
Note: A “Super-Essence”, such as
this one described above, is made up of a
combination of several individual flower essences and/or gem,
stone, shell or sea
essences. By combining together the power of several
essences in this way, a
very powerful energetic synergy is created.
“The whole is greater than the sum of the parts”,
in that a Super-Essence is much
more than just a mixture of its individual parts.
